• Privacy Policy

    General

    The present privacy policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Platform – a legally binding agreement between You and Advelit Tech CJSC, registered in house 59/1, 42 Nor Aresh, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

    Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Use of the Platform.

    The present privacy policy (“Policy”) is aimed at informing You of Our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of data We receive from You.

    By using the Services, You explicitly and irrevocably consent and agree to the processing of the data We receive from You, including its collection, use and disclosure in relation to the use of the Services in accordance with this Policy.

    You are not obliged to agree to this Policy and the provision and processing of personal data in accordance with it. However, only by agreeing to this Policy and providing certain personal data and Your consent to its processing will You be able to use the Services.

    Please read this Policy carefully. Please do not register in the Platform, access it, or start using the Services in any way if You have not read the Policy, or if You do not agree to any part of this Policy.

    Updates and Modifications

    The Company reserves the right to update, change or modify any term of this Policy at any time, in its sole discretion. You will be notified about the change on the Platform or via email five days before the changes become effective. These changes become effective five days after the date of their installation on the Platform. If You continue to use the Services following the effective date of updates, changes or modifications, You thereby explicitly and irrevocably agree to and accept the updates, changes or modifications.

    If You at any point do not agree to any portion of then-current Policy, Your license to use the Services shall immediately terminate and You must immediately stop using the Services.

    Collection and Use of Data

    In relation to Your use of the Services We will gather certain personal data about You as described below.

    Registration information: We require full name and email address for registration purposes.

    Identification information: We require identification information such as passport number, address for identification purposes.

    Contact information: We require a phone number for feedback as well as for two-factor authentication. We require an email address for feedback, for advertisement purposes as well as for third-party services such as email service providers to send marketing and transactional emails to You.

    Payment information: We require bank card information for payment purposes. We may require bank account information as an alternative. We have access to the payment information in a masked form. Your payment information is also processed by licensed electronic payment service providers, who receive the data included directly and store it in order to facilitate the payment process for You and to manage it on Our behalf. You may request such providers’ privacy policies at any time.

    Non-mandatory information: You may provide Us with further information about You such as gender and birth date for statistics, additional phone number for contacting, avatar for identification purpose, time zone and language for adaptation of Platform content and offers.

    You do not have an obligation to provide Us with any information, but You have a contractual obligation to do so, and if We do not receive certain information from you, then We will not be able to provide Our Services to you.

    We collect depersonalized information about Your actions on the Platform. We collect information about the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, or any device used to access the Services. We use this information to analyze how people use the Services, to improve how Our Platform functions, to improve marketing, analytics, and Platform functionality.

    Cookies: We use cookies to provide, protect and improve Our Services and user experience, such as by personalizing content of Our Services and how it is displayed to You as well as to provide functionality and to recognize You across different products and devices.

    We also store conversations’ data from the chats available on the Platform and may access it only when needed for troubleshooting and support. We may also access it in the event of filing or defending claims or other legal actions.

    You acknowledge and agree that user feedback benefits the marketplace and its users, and You agree that We may make available to other users individual and composite feedback about the screens and their owners. You acknowledge and agree that any feedback results for You, including about Your screens and other user content highlighted by Us on the Platform or otherwise (“Composite Information”), may include user comments, user ratings, indicators of user satisfaction, and other feedback left by other users. We are not responsible for monitoring, influencing, contributing to or censoring these opinions. You agree to notify Us of any error or inaccurate statement in Your feedback results, including the Composite Information, and You agree that We may rely on the accuracy of such information if You do not.

    Use of the Personal Data by Us

    We use information collected through the Services to provide and improve the Services, process Your requests, prevent fraud, provide You with information and advertising that may interest you, comply with the law, and as otherwise permitted with Your consent.

    We use information We collect:

    To provide and improve the Services, complete Your transactions, address Your inquiries, process Your registration, verify the information You provide is valid, and for compliance and internal business purposes.

    To contact You with administrative communications and newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials (on behalf of the Company or third parties) and other information that may be of interest to You through Platform and email address. If You decide at any time that You no longer wish to receive such communications from Us, please contact Us at support@advelit.com.

    To tailor content We display to You and offers We may present to you.

    To administer and develop Our business relationship with You and, if applicable, the corporation or other legal entity You represent.

    To enforce and comply with the law, including to conduct an investigation, to protect the property and rights of the Company or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity We may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, fraudulent or unethical activity.

    To honor Our contractual commitments to You. Much of Our processing of personal data is to meet Our contractual obligations, or to take steps at users’ request in anticipation of entering into a contract with them.

    To provide Our Platform and Services; detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, and prosecute those responsible for that activity; measure interest and engagement in Our Services; short-term, transient use, such as contextual customization of ads; improve, upgrade or enhance Our Services; develop new products and services; ensure internal quality control and safety; authenticate and verify individual identities; debug to identify and repair errors with Our Services; enforce Our agreements and policies; analyze and improve Our business; communications, including marketing and responding to Your inquiries about Our Services; address information security needs and protect Our users, the Company, and others; manage legal issues; comply with the applicable law and Our legal obligations; file or defend any pending or possible claims or legal actions.

    Disclosure of Your Data to Third Parties

    Sharing with other users

    Your full name, avatar will be visible to Us and Service Providers. You may edit information in Your profile via Your account.

    Sharing with third parties

    We share information with third parties that help Us operate, provide, improve, integrate, customize, support and market Our Services.

    Partners: We work with third parties who provide consulting, sales, support, and technical services to deliver and implement customer solutions around the Services. We may share Your information with these third parties in connection with their services, such as to assist with billing and collections, to provide localized support, and to provide customizations.

    Links to third party sites: Our Services contain links to other websites. If You choose to click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party’s website. The fact that We link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of Our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on Your computer, collect data or solicit personal data from You. We encourage You to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites You visit.

    Third party tools: Third party tools will be used to store and analyze data, send emails to You, to provide chatting and payment systems, for web analysis and analysis of user behavior, for measurement of effectiveness of advertising, for customer relationship management, as well as other third-party tools that will contribute to the smooth operation of the Services. While these third parties may have access to Your personal data in connection with the performance of services for Company, they may not use such information for any purpose other than providing their services.

    Transfer of Your information

    Change of ownership: In the event the Company undergoes a business transition as a result of a merger, consolidation, sale of all or a portion of shares by another company or person, We may transfer all or part of Your information, including personal data, to the new shareholders.

    Other Disclosures

    We may be obliged or otherwise requested under the law or other regulation or court decision, both national or international, to disclose and share Your information, including personal data, with the state authorities and/or courts.

    Information Storage

    To ensure safe and secure storage, all the information collected via the Services will be stored on third party cloud servers in a third country.

    Period of Data Processing

    Your information, including personal data can be collected, stored, analyzed, changed, disclosed, or otherwise processed by Us without any time limitations, permanently and on regular basis, unless You delete Your account, which can be done by writing to support@advelit.com. At that, once You delete Your account, We will stop the above-mentioned forms of processing, except where We have legal obligation to retain the records or where certain records for example those pertaining to customer service matters and payment processing, may need to be retained for legal or compliance purposes, or other records needed to file or defend any pending or possible claims or legal actions. We will continue having access to the payment information in a masked form after You remove the bank card from Your account or request to delete Your account if there are invoices that have not been paid. We will continue processing the rest of the information in a depersonalized form.

    Safety, Security and Compliance with Law

    Your personal data and other information may be accessed and monitored as necessary to provide access to or use of the Services and may be disclosed: (i) when We have a good faith belief that We are required to disclose the information in response to a legal process (for example, a court order); (ii) to satisfy any applicable laws or regulations; (iii) where We believe that the Services are being used in the commission of an illegal activity, including to report such activity or to exchange information with other parties for the purposes of fraud prevention; (iv) when We have a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the health and/or safety of You, another person or the public generally; and (v) in order to protect the rights or property of the Company, including to enforce Our Terms of Use.

    Access, Change, Erasure, Restriction of Your Information

    You have the option to manually change Your profile information. Please note that deleting certain information may lead to Your inability to use certain features of the Services.

    Data Security

    We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security. However, no internet transmission or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Thus, while We strive to protect Your personal data, We cannot ensure and do not warrant the security of any information You transmit to us. Any transmission is at Your own risk.

    At any time of Your use of the Services You have the right to request and obtain from Us confirmation as to whether We are processing any personal data, as well as information and details on such processing and request to have access, if possible, to Your information. Such right of access can be exercised in accordance with applicable law on data protection. Please submit corresponding requests to support@advelit.com. Place “Request for Access of Information” in the subject line and include Your full name and e-mail address, along with the details of Your request, in the body of the e-mail.

    You have the right to request review, change or rectification of the information the Company has about You, if You deem that the information, including personal data is incorrect, incomplete, misleading, injurious or does not correspond to reality in any way or for any reasonable reasons. Please, submit corresponding requests to support@advelit.com. Place “Request for Review of Information” in the subject line and include Your full name and e-mail address, along with the details of Your request, in the body of the e-mail.

    Right to be forgotten. Users have the right to obtain from Us the erasure of their personal data without undue delay as well as the right to restrict the processing of their personal data. The erasure and restrictions of personal data shall be performed in accordance with the applicable law on data protection. Please submit corresponding requests to support@advelit.com. Place “Request for Deletion of Information” in the subject line and include Your full name and e-mail address, along with the details of Your request, in the body of the e-mail.

    We will attempt to accommodate any of Your requests within reasonable period without prejudice to the “Period of Data Processing” section of this Policy.

    Complaints and Applicable Law

    This Policy and any relations arisen from or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

    Any issues that You might have regarding the processing of Your information, including personal data, by Us shall be addressed to Us in a written form and resolved through negotiations. In case of failure of resolving the disputes through negotiations within 30 days, You have the right to apply to the supervisory authority on such matters.
